Procurement of Solar Panels, Batsman, and Laboratory Hardware for Centre for Improvement of Working Conditions and Environment

The Directorate General of Labour Welfare Punjab invites E-BIDS from reputed firms and Government Contractors registered with relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and Professional Tax where applicable. The procurement is for the Centre for Improvement of Working Conditions and Environment and involves three lots: - Lot #1: Purchase of solar panels (Estimated Cost Rs. 8.332 Million, Bid Security Rs. 249,960) - Lot #2: Purchase of batsman (Estimated Cost Rs. 22.2571 Million, Bid Security Rs. 667,713) - Lot #3: Purchase of laboratory hardware (Estimated Cost Rs. 34.9234 Million, Bid Security Rs. 1,047,702) The procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage - Double Envelope Procedure. Bids must be submitted via the E-Procurement system (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/Work/Home) after the advertisement publication. The technical and financial bids will be opened on 31-08-2026 at 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. respectively. Interested bidders must provide a Performance Guarantee or Security up to 3% of the work order amount in the form of CDR favoring the Project Director of the ADP scheme titled 'PROCUREMENT OF EQUIPMENT FOR NEWLY ESTABLISHED TESTING FACILITIES'. Eligibility requires registration with FBR and relevant tax authorities, and compliance with PPRA Rules 2014. The Project Director reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and to cancel the tender before acceptance.
