Procurement of Spare Parts of Vehicles, Tyres Tubes and Batteries for Pakistan Rangers (Punjab)

The procurement will follow a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. A refundable Bid Security in the form of CDR is mandatory for each lot as specified. Bids must be submitted via the EPADS V2.0 portal before the deadline. Bidders are required to register on EPADS V2.0 by or before 22 September 2026 at 12:30 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1:00 PM using the EPADS system.
