Procurement of Used Serviceable Aviation Tyres for Use as Fenders for PQA Crafts M.T Pipri, Malir, Gharo and Korangi

The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC Workshop) Karachi invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of used serviceable aviation tyres to be used as marine fenders for PQA crafts M.T Pipri, M.T Malir, M.T Gharo and M.T Korangi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to supply 100 units of aviation tyres meeting specific size and quality requirements. Items being procured: - Used serviceable aviation tyres (100 qty) with approximate outside diameter of 1,100 mm and tyre width of approximately 400 mm - Each tyre to have 3 securing chain holes of approximately 2.5 inches diameter The tyres must be free from major cuts, cracks, excessive wear, exposed cords or other defects affecting their serviceability as fenders. They should be uniform in size and suitable strength for use as protective fenders for the specified PQA crafts. Delivery location is PNSC Workshop, 30 Dharamshala Street, Keamari, Karachi with a delivery schedule of 21 days. Eligible bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, have at least one year of experience in the marine industry, and not be blacklisted by any government or public sector entity. Bid security in the form of a Pay Order is required as per bidding documents. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically to the PNSC Workshop office before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS v2.0.
