Procurement of Spares for Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms for the procurement of various spares required by the Supply Chain Management Directorate at HIT Taxila Cantt. This procurement is conducted under the PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules with a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding method on FOR basis. Items being procured include a comprehensive list of spares such as NIV Smoke Launcher Covers (20 Nos), various Rings, Washers, Bolts, Gaskets, Doors, Hatch Doors with Rubber Seals, Packing Rings, Yokes, Branch Pipes, Screws, Rubber Plugs, Bearings, Tension Mechanisms, Vertical Shafts, Snap Rings, Manual Operation Rods, Rollers, Oil Seals, and other related components with quantities ranging from 10 to 800 units as detailed in the Schedule of Requirement Annexure A. The technical scope covers supply of brand new spares conforming to approved drawings and specifications, with all latest modifications incorporated. Inspection and testing will be conducted as per Acceptance Test Procedures. Suppliers must provide OEM certificates, quality certifications, and ensure interchangeability of parts. Warranty and performance guarantees are mandatory. Eligibility criteria require valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration, and compliance with DPP&I-35. Firms must submit audited financial reports for the last three years, bank statements, CNIC copies, trade links with OEMs, and a judicially attested certificate confirming non-blacklisting. Bid Security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order is required. Postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid.
