Tender Description
The Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of specific spares under PPRA rules. The procurement involves two main items:
- 05 x MT Spares (FCS/GCS) for Tk VT-4
- 01 x MT Spares (PAD TRACK SHOE) for APC
The delivery period for both items is 9-12 months after signing the contract. Tender documents can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon submission of required documents including registration certificates, NTN certificate, proof of Godown, financial capability undertaking, bank statement, CNIC copy, and certificates proving non-blacklisting and experience with government or semi-government organizations. Registered or indexed firms must provide proof or certificate of manufacturing or agency agreement. An original challan form for Rs 2000/- must be deposited in the government treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi.
Bid security of 5% of the quoted value (maximum Rs. 1 million) must be attached as earnest money through bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. The offer validity is 120 days from the date of commercial offer opening. A performance bank guarantee of 10% of the store value is required within 30 days of contract signing. Detailed terms and conditions are in the tender documents. Tenders will be opened in the presence of firm representatives in the tender room of DGP (Army).
Interested bidders should note the last date for collection of tender documents is 29 September 2026, with submission deadlines on 30 September 2026 and 1 October 2026 respectively. The tender opening dates are 30 September 2026 and 1 October 2026.
