Procurement of Sports Gears and Equipment for Directorate of Sports Merged Areas Peshawar

The Directorate of Sports Merged Areas located at Qayyum Stadium Peshawar is inviting bids for the procurement of sports gears and equipment under a framework contract. This tender is aimed at suppliers with at least three years of relevant experience in providing quality sports goods. Items being procured: - Sports gears - Sports equipment The procurement will be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following the KPPRA Rules, 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), hold valid NTN and Sales Tax (GST) registrations, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The procurement process follows a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure ensuring transparency and fairness. The scope includes supplying durable and standard-compliant sports gears and equipment suitable for various sports activities managed by the Directorate. The site of delivery and contract management will be at the Peshawar Sports Complex, Qayyum Stadium, Peshawar Cantt. Bidders must submit their bids via EPADS by 18th August 2026 at 2:00 PM. The bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 600,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued in favor of the undersigned. This security will be converted into performance security upon award of the contract. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule 47 of the KPPRA Rules, 2022.
