Procurement of Sports Items for Directorate of Sports and Lab Equipment for Department of Geology under NRPU Project

Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan invites bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) registered with the relevant tax authorities including FBR and KPRA, for the procurement of Sports Items for the Directorate of Sports and Lab Equipment for the Department of Geology under the NRPU Project. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the facilities and resources available at the university in Mardan. Items being procured: - Sports Items for Directorate of Sports - Laboratory Equipment for Department of Geology The procurement involves separate tenders for each category with specified submission and opening dates. The Sports Items tender follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure, while the Lab Equipment tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must submit their bids via the EPADS portal at www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Eligible firms must be registered with FBR, appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for Income and Sales Tax, and be registered with KPRA where applicable. A Bid Security/Earnest Money of 2% of the quoted bid cost is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable to the Treasurer of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. The original CDR must be submitted as per EPADS requirements. Tender documents are available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 via Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Treasurer AWKUM. While bids must be submitted electronically, the tender fee and CDR must be physically submitted to the Procurement Office. Scanned copies of these documents must also be uploaded on EPADS. The deadline for bid submission and opening is 23rd November 2026, with opening times at 10:00 AM for Sports Items and 10:15 AM for Lab Equipment. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids separately for the Lab Equipment tender.
