Purchase of Different Lab Equipment and Hardware for Forensic Science Laboratory

The Punjab Forensic Science Authority (PFSA), Lahore, invites bids under a single stage two envelope basis through E-Procurement for the supply of goods for its Forensic Science Laboratory located at Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. The procurement includes the purchase of different laboratory equipment and hardware for various sections including a freezer. Items being procured: - Different Lab Equipment (Tender Ref: FSA-713) - Hardware for Different Sections and Freezer (Tender Ref: FSA-714) The procurement is open to firms registered with sales tax, income tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Bidders must register on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority's E-Procurement portal to be eligible. The tender documents containing detailed requirements, terms, and conditions are available online at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the tender instructions and submitted electronically on or before 20.11.2026 by 1100 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. If the submission date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered. PFSA reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
