Procurement of Stationary, Computer Stationary & Miscellaneous Items

The Ministry of Defence, Defence Division, Pak Secretariat-II, Rawalpindi, is inviting bids for the procurement of Stationary, Computer Stationary & Miscellaneous Items for the official use of the Ministry of Defence for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Stationary Items - Computer Stationary - Miscellaneous Items The scope includes supply of these items as and when required at the premises of the Ministry of Defence (Defence Division) Rawalpindi. Bidders must provide samples of each item on the day of bid opening for technical evaluation. The supply must be made on the firm’s own cost and the quoted rates will remain valid for one year from the date of agreement. The tender requires a bid security of Rs. 100,000/- in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of the Section Officer (General/D-27), Ministry of Defence, Defence Division, Pak Secretariat-II, Adam Jee Road, Rawalpindi. Eligible bidders must be well reputed firms registered with Income Tax, GST, and Vendor Number in the AGPR. Firms should have a trade facility such as a shop or warehouse. Bids must be submitted on the E-Pads portal by the closing date and time. The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives at the office of the Section Officer (General/D-27), Ministry of Defence, Defence Division, Pak Secretariat-II, Adam Jee Road, Rawalpindi. The closing date and time for submission is as per the E-Pads portal at 1100 hours, with bid opening at 1130 hours.
