Procurement of Stationery Items, General Items, IT Equipment, Machinery/Equipment and Furniture Items

The National Security Division (NSD) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of a comprehensive range of goods including stationery items, general office supplies, IT equipment, machinery/equipment, and furniture items for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is under tender reference P108649 and follows a National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured include a wide variety of stationery such as ACR/PER papers, ballpoint pens (Picasso, Dollar Clipper, Uni-ball varieties, Schneider), binder clips, box files, calculators, cutters, diaries, envelopes, staplers, paper clips, and many more. General items include air fresheners, cleaning supplies, kitchenware, doorbells, insect repellents, and other office consumables. IT equipment includes desktop computers (Dell/Lenovo), printers, scanners, photocopiers, color printers, networking cables, USB drives, external hard drives, projectors, LED TVs, and software licenses (MS Office, Kaspersky antivirus). Machinery and equipment include water dispensers, refrigerators, microwave ovens, split air conditioners, electric heaters, DSLR cameras, and paper shredders. Furniture items include executive tables, chairs, sofas, filing cabinets, racks, and other office furnishings as per detailed specifications. The technical scope requires all goods to be brand new, conforming to specified standards and warranty requirements. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, have a minimum of five years' experience, and meet financial and technical criteria including valid STR certificate, active tax payer status, and satisfactory performance certificates. Bid security of 3% of the total bid value is mandatory. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on 8th September 2026 at NSD Committee Room 336E, Prime Minister's Office, Islamabad, and bid submission deadline on 18th September 2026 at 11:00 AM via EPADS v2.0.
