Procurement of Stationery, Computer Stationery, IT Equipment, Machinery, Furniture & Other Store Items FY 2026-27

The Office of the Chief Commissioner ICT, Islamabad (Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Administration) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of a comprehensive range of goods for FY 2026-27. This procurement covers a wide variety of items including stationery, computer stationery, IT equipment, machinery, furniture, and other store items required for official use at the ICT Administration Complex in Islamabad. Items being procured include: - Ball Pens (various brands and types including M&G Gel Pen, Picasso, Schneider, Uniball Elite Vision, Uniball Signo, Crystal Piano, Mercurry Lush Grip, Piano 0.8 mm) - Binder Clips (15 mm, 25 mm, 51 mm) - Binding Sheets and Tapes - Box Files, Calculators, Colour Paper, Dak Books, Diaries, Registers - Various office supplies such as erasers, file boards, file covers, flags, gloves, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, disinfectants, and insecticides - IT equipment including flash drives (32GB, 64GB, 128GB), SSD drives (256GB, 500GB, 1TB), keyboards, mice, routers, cables, and power cords - Furniture including wooden computer tables, officer tables, revolving chairs, office chairs, sofas, center tables, and file racks - Electrical items such as LED bulbs, flood lights, air conditioners (split and floor standing), electric kettles, heaters, fans, and photocopier machines The technical specifications require all items to be brand new, genuine, and conforming to the stated quality standards. Imported items must be accompanied by relevant import documentation. Delivery is to be made within ten (10) days of the purchase order or contract signing at the ICT Administration Complex, Mauve Area, Sector G-11/4, Islamabad. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and STRN registration, minimum three years of relevant experience, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of a Pay Order amounting to Rs. 600,000 or 2% of the bid amount, whichever is higher. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 01:00 PM on November 9, 2026, with bid opening at 01:30 PM the same day. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) methodology.
