Procurement of Stationery and Printing Services Framework Contract

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Sahiwal invites E-Bids from eligible and financially sound firms for a Framework Contract covering the Financial Year 2026-2027. The procurement is for various stationery and printing related goods and services required by the department. Items being procured: - Stationery (Paper Reams) estimated cost Rs. 16,20,000 - Stationery (Miscellaneous Stationery Items) estimated cost Rs. 6,60,000 - Stationery (Toners for Photocopier) estimated cost Rs. 8,20,000 - Printing Charges estimated cost Rs. 300,000 - Cost of Store estimated cost Rs. 10,50,000 - Computer Stationery estimated cost Rs. 400,000 - Others estimated cost Rs. 500,000 The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab Procurement System using electronic means. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments where applicable. The bidding process follows the PPRA Rules 2014 amended to date, under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. The successful bidder must submit a Payment Slip ID (PSID) as bid security payable at the Bank of Punjab; no other financial instruments will be accepted. Income Tax and Sales Tax will be deducted at source as per government rules. No transportation or carriage charges will be paid for delivery. The contract prices will remain fixed throughout the framework period. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in line with prevailing rules. Bids must be submitted electronically before the closing date and time of 16-11-2026 at 10:30 AM. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 AM.
