Procurement of Stationery Item and Printing Material ETC (Through Frame Work Contract)

The Directorate of Research Centre for Conservation of Indigenous Breeds (RCCIB) Jhang under L&DD Department Punjab Lahore invites sealed tenders for the procurement of stationery items and printing material through a framework contract for the fiscal year 2026-2027. The procurement is part of the CM Punjab Herd Transformation to Enhance Livestock Productivity (Phase I) development scheme with an approved budget of Rs. 2.5 Million. Items being procured: - Tender for framework contract regarding Printing Material (Printed Material) with an estimated budget of 1.5 Million - Tender for framework contract regarding Stationery item (Stationery Items) with an estimated budget of 1.0 Million The contract will cover supply of printing materials and stationery items as per detailed attached tender documents. Interested firms must be authorized distributors or general order suppliers with established credentials, financial and managerial capabilities, and registered with income and sales tax departments. Bidders are required to download bidding documents from the E-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) which contain terms, conditions, and detailed specifications. The bidding procedure is single stage two envelopes as per PPRA Rule No.38 (2)(a) with technical and financial proposals submitted separately on E-Procurement. The technical proposal must be uploaded by 24.08.2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Financial proposals of technically responsive bids will be opened on 02.09.2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Earnest money of 2% of the total estimated price in the form of CDR from any scheduled bank in favor of Director RCCIB, L&DD Punjab Lahore is mandatory and must be submitted before opening of technical proposals. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rules 2014.
