Procurement of Stationery, Printing, Computer Items, Furniture, Vehicles, Software, and Repair Services for School Education Department Punjab

The School Education Department Government of the Punjab Lahore invites sealed bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (PPRA Rules, as amended) from eligible bidders including firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers duly registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities. The contract will be executed on a framework basis with an as-and-when-required schedule governed by unit rates quoted by the successful bidders. Bidders must submit complete electronic bids online via https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by the deadline. Eligibility requires registration with PPRA, relevant tax departments, and compliance with FBR/ATL. Bidders must provide bid security of 2% of the estimated cost for each lot in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order as per government instructions. Joint ventures are not allowed. The technical and financial bids will be submitted and opened on 3rd July 2023 at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM respectively.
