Procurement of Stationery and Printing Services for District & Sessions Judge Sahiwal

The District & Sessions Judge, Sahiwal invites E-Bids from financially sound and well-reputed firms for the procurement of goods and services on a lot-wise basis under a Framework Contract for the Financial Year 2026-2027. The procurement will be conducted through an open competitive bidding process in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 amended up to date. Items being procured: - Stationery (Paper Reams) with estimated cost Rs. 16,20,000 and 5% bid security Rs. 81,000 - Stationery (Miscellaneous Stationery Items) with estimated cost Rs. 6,60,000 and 5% bid security Rs. 33,000 - Stationery (Toners for Photocopier) with estimated cost Rs. 8,20,000 and 5% bid security Rs. 41,000 - Printing Charges with estimated cost Rs. 300,000 and 5% bid security Rs. 15,000 - Cost of Store with estimated cost Rs. 10,50,000 and 5% bid security Rs. 52,500 - Computer Stationery with estimated cost Rs. 400,000 and 5% bid security Rs. 20,000 - Others with estimated cost Rs. 500,000 and 5% bid security Rs. 25,000 The procurement process includes submission of bids electronically via the Punjab Procurement System. Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from https://ep.punjab.gov.pk, the District Courts Sahiwal official website http://sahiwal.dc.lhc.gov.pk, and the PPRA Punjab website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk before the closing date. Bids will be processed using the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must furnish 5% refundable bid security through Payment Slip ID (PSID) payable at the Bank of Punjab; no other financial instruments will be accepted. The successful bidder must submit a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value through PSID and pay 0.25% stamp duty as per law. Income Tax and 1/5th of Sales Tax will be deducted at source as per government rules. No transportation or carriage charges will be paid. The prices quoted shall remain fixed throughout the contract period. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in line with prevailing rules. Applications via courier, post, or email will not be accepted. Firms must submit an undertaking on stamp paper confirming they are not blacklisted by the Procuring Agency or Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Submission of fake information will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. The E-Bid submission closing date and time is 16-11-2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day.
