Tender Description
Sindh Healthcare Commission (SHCC) invites electronic bids for the procurement of stationery and sealing material through the e-PADS platform. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000 and bidders must provide earnest money amounting to 5% of the total bid value as bid security.
Items being procured:
- Stationery
- Sealing Material
This procurement is aimed at supporting the administrative and operational needs of the Sindh Healthcare Commission, which was established under the Sindh Health Care Commission Act 2013 to improve healthcare quality and ban quackery in Sindh province. The materials will be used across the commission's offices to ensure smooth documentation and sealing processes.
Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Participation requires submission of earnest money as a Pay Order or CDR equivalent to 5% of the bid value. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage One Envelope system, ensuring simplicity and transparency.
Tender collection starts from August 20, 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically via e-PADS by September 4, 2026, before 11:00 am. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 am at the SHCC office located in Block C, 2nd Floor, FTC Building, Shara e Faisal, Karachi.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and submission on the e-PADS portal to avoid last-minute technical issues. Also, carefully prepare the bid documents to meet all technical and financial requirements to avoid disqualification.
