Procurement of Steel Wire Ropes 19mm and 22mm for SNGPL Rawalpindi

SNGPL (Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the procurement of steel wire ropes to be delivered at SNGPL Camp, Near Ranger Cadet College, Saroba Grid Station, Sehal Village, Chakri Road, Rawalpindi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference FCS/SOA/TE/066/26 (Tender No. P119401). Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Monday, October 5, 2026 at 03:00 PM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Items being procured: - Wire Rope 19mm, Heavy Machinery, Quantity: 1180 meters - Wire Rope 22mm, Heavy Machinery, Quantity: 153 meters The wire ropes must conform to the following specifications: Steel wire rope hemp core 19 mm (6x19+FC) and 22 mm (6x19+FC) respectively, manufactured to EN 12385-4 standards. Minimum breaking loads range from approximately 218 kN to 324 kN depending on diameter and tensile strength. Bidders must quote brand name and country of origin. Delivery is required within 15 days after placement of purchase order to the specified SNGPL location in Rawalpindi. The contract requires submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft. Performance Guarantee of 10% of contract price is also required within 15 days of award. Late delivery charges of 0.14% per day up to 10% of delayed value will be applied.
