Procurement of Steel X-Arms for DFM, Danger Plate, Round Washer, Earthing Rod 10' by Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO)

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of specific electrical goods required for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under contract reference P91960 and includes the supply of the following items to MEPCO Regional Stores located in Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, and D.G. Khan. Items being procured: - Steel X-Arms for DFM (Quantity: 827 units) - Danger Plate (Quantity: 381 units) - Round Washer (Quantity: 9131 units) - Earthing Rod 10' (Quantity: 9289 units) All items must be supplied on a Free Consignee Store (FCS) basis inclusive of all taxes, duties, 0.5% inspection charges, and GST. The technical specifications for these items conform to WAPDA/PEPCO/NTDC standards amended to date, including DDS-68:2004 for Steel X-Arms, NTDC specifications for Danger Plate and Round Washer, and P-111:76 for Earthing Rods. Bidders must be registered with FBR, possess valid PEC categories if applicable, and must not be blacklisted by any government entity. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. The bid validity period is 75 days, and performance security of 5% of the contract price will be required upon award. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal by 12:00 PM on September 24, 2026. Hard copies of bid security must be delivered to MEPCO Complex, Wapda Colony, Khanewal Road, Multan before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM through EPADS v2.0. MEPCO reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by up to 15% at the time of award.
