Tender Description
The Govt. Special Education Centre Shujabad invites sealed bids under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (PPRA Rules) for the procurement of student uniforms for Boys & Girls for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is for approximately 166 students enrolled in this institution. The estimated cost of this procurement is Rs. 2.5 million. Items being procured:
- Uniform for Boys: Shirt (white color with new mono of Dept. on pocket), Pant (Malatia Gray), Belt (Black Color and Rexene / Leather), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Vest/Bunyan (White Color) & Tie (Navy Blue with Golden Strips), Jursy Navy blue
- Uniform for Girls: Qameez / Shirt (Navy Blue Color with new mono of Dept. on pocket), Shalwar & Dupatta (white color), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Slip/Shameez (White Color), Shalwar & Jursy Maroon
The procurement includes supply of quality uniform items meeting prescribed specifications. The contract will be awarded to a firm with established credentials, financial and managerial capabilities. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have active FBR status. Earnest money @ 3% amounting to Rs. 75,000/- in the form of Bank Call-Deposit (CDR) or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be submitted through the E-procurement system before the closing date and time. Technical and financial bids will be opened electronically on the specified dates. Delivery of contracted items will be subject to satisfactory assessment and lab testing by the Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR) Lahore and other designated institutions.
Interested bidders should carefully review the bidding documents available online at the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website. The procuring agency reserves the right to amend quantities or cancel the procurement as per rules. Late delivery charges and penalties apply as per contract terms. The bid security must be submitted before the tender opening date of 01-09-2026 10:30 am. The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procuring agency will not be responsible for any delay in submission or postal issues.
