Procurement of Students Uniform for Boys and Girls by Govt. Special Education Centre Tibba Sultan Pur

The Govt. Special Education Centre Tibba Sultan Pur invites bids for the procurement of uniform for boys and girls (summer and winter) for the current financial year 2026-27. This procurement is intended to cover the cost of uniforms for all enrolled students at the institution. The budget allocation for this procurement is Rs. 1.5 million, which will be applied under the contract to procure students' uniforms for both winter and summer seasons. Items being procured: - Uniform for Boys: Shirt (white color with new mono of Dept. on pocket), Panj (Maldatia Gray), Belt (Black Color and Rexene Leather), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Vest / Bunyan (White Color), Tie (Navy Blue with Golden Strips), Jursy Navy Blue - Uniform for Girls: Qameez / Shirt (Navy Blue Color with new mono of Dept. on pocket), Shalwar & Dupatta (white color), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Slip / Shameez (White Color), Shawal & Jursy Maroon The technical scope includes supply of standardized uniform items as per specifications and classification code No: DGSE-DP-2022/Uniform/Spec/11305. The procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 with a single stage two envelope mechanism. Bidders must be registered with PPRA and tax authorities, and must submit earnest money of Rs. 45,000 in the form of Bank Call-Deposit (CDR), Demand Draft, or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in favor of the office. The bid security must be reached before the tender opening date and time. The tender documents are available on the PPRA website. The successful bidder will also be required to furnish a performance bank guarantee of 10% of the bidding price before issuance of the supply order. Delivery of contracted items will be subject to lab testing and assessment by the procuring agency. The last date for uploading the tender form on EPADS is 17-08-2026, and the deadline for uploading bids on EPADS by bidders is 03-09-2026 at 10:00 am. Bids will be opened on the same date and time. The procuring agency reserves the right to amend quantities or cancel the procurement as per rules.
