Procurement of Students Uniform for Boys and Girls at Govt. Special Education Centre Yazman

The Govt. Special Education Centre Yazman, District Bahawalpur invites sealed bids for the procurement of students uniform for boys and girls (summer & winter) for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for approximately 165 enrolled students. The estimated cost is Rs. 23,00,000/- (Rs. 1.50 million only) which will be applied under the contract to procure students' uniforms for both winter and summer seasons. The procurement requires firms with established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. Items being procured: - Uniform for Boys: Shirt (white color with new mono of Dept. on pocket) and name tag with phone number on the other side of shirt, Pant (Malatia Gray), Belt (Black Color and Rexene / Leather), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Vest/Bunyan (White Color) & Tie (Navy Blue with Golden Strips), Jursy Navy Blue - Uniform for Girls: Qameez/Shirt (Navy Blue Color with new mono of Dept. on pocket) and name tag with phone number on the other side of shirt, Shalwar & Dupatta (white color), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Slip / Shameez, Lawn (White Color) Shawal & Jursy Maroon The Directorate General of Special Education Punjab Lahore has standardized uniform items vide No: DGSE-DP-2022/Uniform/Spec/11305. Specifications and classification details are provided in the bidding documents. The procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 (amended up to 09-01-2023). Bidders must upload bidding documents on EPADS portal. Earnest money of Rs. 115,000/- (5% of estimated cost) is required in the form of CDR or Pay Order. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including FBR and have valid NTN and sales tax registration. Technical inspection and quality checks will be conducted. Late delivery charges and penalties apply as per contract terms. Bill payment will be made through District Accounts Office Bahawalpur. Delivery must be made with packet tagged with student name and class under free delivery to consignee's end.
