Procurement and Supply of Electrical Resistivity Meters under ADP Scheme in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Culturable Wasteland Management Through Integrated Agriculture Interventions in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for the procurement and supply of Electrical Resistivity Meters under the ADP Scheme. This procurement is aimed at supporting agricultural interventions in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by providing advanced equipment to measure soil resistivity. Items being procured: - Electrical Resistivity Meters The project director has received funding from the public fund in Pakistani Rupees towards the cost of procurement and supply of these meters. Bidders must submit their bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) using the single stage two envelope bidding method. Each bid package should contain separate technical and financial proposals clearly marked as such. The technical proposal must include all required documents and specifications as per the standard bidding documents. Interested bidders can purchase the bidding documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000/- on any working day within office hours from the date of publication. Financial bids must be accompanied by bid security or earnest money amounting to 2% of the total offered bid value in the form of a call deposit from the bidder's account. Technical bids must be accompanied by an affidavit confirming the attachment of bid security with the financial proposal; otherwise, the technical proposal will be considered non-responsive. Bids must be delivered to the project office on or before 24-09-2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. All bidders must apply for the bid through EPADS; applications not submitted via EPADS will not be considered. No negotiations will be entertained, and the project director reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KP-PRA Rule-47. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and submission through the EPADS portal to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully prepare the technical and financial proposals as per the instructions to avoid being declared non-responsive.
