Procurement, Supply & Installation of Air Conditioners at NBP Main Branch Rawalpindi (0394) RO, Rawalpindi

The National Bank of Pakistan (Department Engineering Wing North) invites sealed bids for the procurement, supply, and installation of air conditioners at its Main Branch Rawalpindi (0394) Regional Office, Rawalpindi. The AC units must have a compressor warranty of 3 years (T3 rating) and use refrigerant R410. Installation includes evacuation, nitrogen pressure testing, gas charging, control wiring, drain piping, and commissioning. Testing for leakages of existing copper pipes is also included. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be on the Active Taxpayer List, not blacklisted, have valid manufacturer authorization if not the manufacturer, and have an office setup in Islamabad/Rawalpindi for after-sales service. Bidders must have completed at least three similar contracts worth not less than Rs. 2 million in the last three years. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
