Procurement, Supply & Installation of Air Conditioners at NBP Main Branch Abbottabad

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids for the procurement, supply, and installation of air conditioners at its Main Branch Abbottabad (301) Regional Office. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of single phase 220/240 V, 50C/S Split Inverter (Hot & Cool) Reversible AC unit wall mounted capacity 12000 BTU (1 Ton), quantity 1 - Supply and installation of single phase 220/240 V, 50C/S wall mounted split Inverter (Heat & Cool) AC unit capacity 18000 BTU, quantity 4 - Supply and installation of single phase 220/240 V, 50C/S Wall mounted unit Inverter Reversible (Hot & Cool) AC unit capacity 24000 BTU (2 Ton), quantity 3 - Supply and installation of single phase 220/240 V, 50C/S Floor standing unit Inverter Reversible (Hot & Cool) AC unit capacity 24000 BTU (2 Ton), quantity 3 - Supply, laying and connecting copper piping of 22 Gauge (Muller Brand or Equivalent) with Aero flex insulation and Three Core – 110/.076 Control Wire (Pakistan/Pioneer Cable or Equivalent), quantity 250 ft - Testing for leakages of existing copper pipe set installed by others at premises during connection of AC's, quantity 8 jobs The technical scope includes supply and installation of inverter type air conditioners with rotary/reciprocating compressors, 3 years compressor warranty (T3 rating), refrigerant R410, and all necessary copper piping, insulation, control wiring, and accessories. Installation includes evacuation, nitrogen pressure testing, gas charging, commissioning, and leak testing. The site is the NBP Main Branch Abbottabad. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid manufacturer authorization if not the manufacturer, proof of three similar contracts in the last three years worth at least Rs. 2 million, presence of office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi for after-sales service, and active taxpayer status with FBR.
