Procurement and Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1000KVA Distribution Transformer with 11KV Industrial Protection Panel at CMU Warehouse, Islamabad

The Common Management Unit (CMU) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement and supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 1000KVA distribution transformer with an 11KV industrial protection panel at the CMU Warehouse, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under tender reference P77572. Items being procured: - One (01) 1000KVA 3-phase step down pole mounted distribution transformer with copper winding and warranty, including testing certificate as per IESCO/WAPDA standards - One (01) 11KV industrial protection panel compatible with 630-amp VCB TP, with two outgoing circuits for 1000KVA and 400KVA transformers - Single core 120 mm 15KV XPLE copper cable, 52 meters - Earth cable 1-core 25 sqmm bare copper conductor, 42 meters - Earth connectivity cable 1-core 25 sqmm yellow green insulated, 45 meters - Supply of 11KV heat shrink termination kits, 4 sets - Earthing up to ECP, 1 job - Execution of all related works including supply, installation, testing, commissioning, laying and termination of power cables, and construction of three earthing pits 30 feet deep The technical scope includes supply of all materials, construction of RCC foundation, installation of transformer and protection panel, cable terminations, earthing works, and comprehensive testing and commissioning as per IEC, IESCO, WAPDA, and PEC standards. The contractor must provide factory and routine test certificates, installation and as-built drawings, operation manuals, warranty certificates, and conduct on-site training for CMU technical staff. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR, on the Active Taxpayer List, and not blacklisted. Bid security of PKR 500,000 is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on September 8, 2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted.
