Procurement, Supply & Placement of Iron Cash Cages with Triple Lock System at NBP Civil Line Branch Gujranwala under RO Gujranwala (0333) (Chest Department)

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing Central) invites sealed bids for the procurement, supply, and placement of iron cash cages with a triple lock system at the NBP Civil Line Branch Gujranwala under RO Gujranwala (0333) (Chest Department). This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance security measures at the specified branch in Gujranwala, Punjab. Items being procured: - 20 sets of steel cash cages, each with dimensions 7-8 feet (92 inches) height x 4 feet width x 3 feet depth - Each cage includes 3 horizontal shelves/compartments with 36-inch depth - Complete frame fabricated of 2"x2"-6mm angle iron with partitions and MS polished rods of 12mm diameter vertically fitted on all sides - Doors fabricated with 2"x2"-6mm angle iron frame and MS polished rods with side bracing plates - Triple lock system: 1 lower lock with 3 keys, 1 middle lock with 4 keys, 1 upper lock with 3 keys; total 10 keys per cage - High profile MS polished rod hinges - Inside and outside powder coating with high-quality paint, minimum 120 micron thickness, silver hammer finish - Jali/net of 2.0 mm mesh size steel net (14 SWG) fitted on all sides - Work to be done as per approved NBP/SBP engineering standards - Loading, unloading, placement charges included to designated room/basement at branch - Transportation and all tools and plants required for completion included The technical scope includes supply and fixing of steel cash cages fabricated to exact specifications, ensuring durability, security, and compliance with NBP/SBP standards. The supplier must have completed at least three similar projects of banks, financial institutions, or national/multinational companies costing not less than Rs. 2.5 million in the last three years. The bidder must have an office setup in any city of Pakistan for after-sales service and must be active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List and Punjab Revenue Authority. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Original bid security of Rs. 150,000 in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft must be submitted physically to the Engineering Wing Central, Ground Floor, NBP RHQ Building, 26 Mclagon Road, Lahore before the bid submission deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened electronically on the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted.
