Procurement of Sustenance Support FESS Refurbishment for Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration for the procurement of Sustenance Support FESS Refurbishment. This procurement is specifically for the Supply Chain Management Directorate at HIT Taxila Cantt, Punjab. The tender requires submission of technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Diaphragm Seal (652 sets) - Fastening Flange (652 sets) - Pressure Switch (652 sets) - Twist Switch Assembly (Toggle Switch) (652 sets) - Pressure Relief Valve (652 sets) - Sealing Plug (652 sets) - Electric Blasting Tube (652 sets) The delivery period is six months after signing the contract, with one advance sample of each item required before the Technical Scrutiny Report. The scope includes supply of brand new items conforming to approved drawings and technical specifications as per Annexure G. Inspection and testing will be conducted by the purchaser's appointed team at no extra cost to the procuring agency. Bidders must provide all required documentation including registration certificates, audit reports, bank statements, CNIC copies, and a judicial certificate confirming no blacklisting. Eligibility criteria include compliance with DPP&I-35 and MoDP rules, with disqualification for firms from India and Israel or those blacklisted or involved in corrupt practices.
