Procurement of T-2053 ACSR Osprey Conductor for Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO)

The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of T-2053 ACSR Osprey Conductor under contract reference P90796 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to commence on November 10, 2026, and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - ACSR Osprey Conductor, quantity 74.14 KM total, split into 37 KM for delivery within 1 to 60 days and 37.14 KM for delivery within 61 to 120 days, to be delivered at QESCO Regional Store Sheikhmanda Airport Chowk, Quetta. The conductors must comply with Specification P-50:88 & DD-PD-7/US (Amended to-date). Bidders must have valid prototype approval, satisfactory past performance with QESCO or other DISCOs/NTDC for the last two years, and be registered with relevant authorities including FBR and PPMC/WAPDA/DISCOs/NGC. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 12:00 PM on September 25, 2026, with original bid security physically submitted to QESCO HQ, Zarghoon Road, Quetta before the deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical evaluation and bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 12:30 PM via EPADS. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
