Procurement of T-2051 AAC WASP Conductor for Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO)

The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of T-2051 AAC WASP Conductor under contract reference P90790 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed in Quetta, Balochistan, with delivery to QESCO Regional Store at Sheikhmanda Airport Chowk, Quetta. Items being procured: - AAC WASP Bare Aluminum Electrical Conductor, total quantity 2236.4 Km with delivery scheduled in two phases: 140 Km in the first 60 days and 139.55 Km in the following 60 days. The technical specifications conform to P-63:2007 (Amended to date). The scope includes supply of high-quality bare aluminum conductors suitable for electrical distribution, with inspection and quality assurance conducted at the manufacturer's premises by QESCO and PPMC representatives. Bidders must have valid prototype approval, satisfactory past performance with QESCO or other DISCOs/NTDC over the last two years, and be registered with relevant authorities including FBR and PPMC. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is mandatory. The bidding process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform, with no manual submissions accepted.
