Procurement of Tablets and Accessories for Port Qasim Authority

The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) in Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Tablets and Accessories as part of its planned procurement for FY 2026-27. This procurement is funded to cover eligible payments under the contract for the supply of these items. Items being procured: - Tablets - Accessories for Tablets The bidding will be conducted using the Single Stage Two Envelope method under the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations and guidelines issued by the Authority. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted through the e-Bidding system on the ePADS portal by 11:30 AM on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 must register themselves to participate.
