Tender Description
The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) in Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Tablets and Accessories as part of its planned procurement for FY 2026-27. This procurement is funded to cover eligible payments under the contract for the supply of these items.

- Accessories for Tablets
The bidding will be conducted using the Single Stage Two Envelope method under the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations and guidelines issued by the Authority. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted through the e-Bidding system on the ePADS portal by 11:30 AM on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM.
Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 must register themselves to participate. Detailed bidding documents, terms and conditions, and specifications are available on the ePADS website. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules and the 2004 Grievance Redressal Committee notifications.
Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all requirements including earnest money and bid security. A tutorial for registration is available on YouTube to assist bidders with the e-Bidding process.
For successful participation, bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and complete their registration on the ePADS portal well in advance to avoid last-minute issues.
