Procurement of Tissue Lyser

The Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC) invites e-bids from Original Manufacturers, Sole Distributors of Manufacturer, or Authorized Distributors registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the procurement of Tissue Lyser. Items being procured: - Tissue Lyser Eligible bidders can obtain bidding documents free of cost from PKLI websites at https://pkli.org.pk/tenders/, https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx, and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must submit e-bids online on or before 19-11-2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Hard copies of bids are not required. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 138,000 must accompany all bids electronically; hard copy bid security is not acceptable. Participating firms must be registered with the Punjab E Procurement System. Bids will be opened on 19-11-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the address provided by PKLI&RC. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 04-11-2026 at 11:00 AM in the conference room of the supply chain department of Tower-A. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of bid opening. If the closing date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered. This procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 (Amended). PKLI&RC will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders regarding preparation or submission of bids. Bidders are advised to ensure timely online submission and registration with the Punjab e-Procurement System to avoid disqualification. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
