Procurement of T&P Items for Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO)

The Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management) invites sealed bids for procurement of T&P items under Tender No. 4445 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned for Lahore city in Punjab province. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 portal and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Items being procured: - Chain Pully Block 3-Ton (Qty: 143 Nos) - Ratchet Lever Hoist 750 KG (Qty: 143 Nos) - Ratchet Lever Hoist 1500 KG (Qty: 143 Nos) - Grip Pulling Conductor 6.0-10 MM (Qty: 143 Nos) - Grip Pulling Conductor 12.5-15 MM (Qty: 143 Nos) All items must conform to PPMC/NGC standard specifications amended to date. Prototype approval is mandatory for manufacturers without valid approval within the last three years. Prototype samples must be submitted within 30 days of contract signing for local manufacturers and within 55 days of Letter of Acceptance for foreign manufacturers. Delays in prototype submission will incur liquidated damages and may lead to contract cancellation. Inspection and testing will be conducted at manufacturers' premises with all associated costs borne by the supplier. Eligibility criteria include active tax registration, at least one year manufacturing experience, and successful completion of similar contracts. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required. Performance Guarantee of 5% of contract price must be furnished within 7 days of Letter of Intent. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0. Original bid security must be submitted physically to the Material Management office at LESCO Head Quarter, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore before the bid submission deadline. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, November 2, 2026 at 11:30 AM at the LESCO Head Quarter, Lahore. Bidders are advised to attend for clarifications.
