Procurement of Trade Based Money Laundering (TBML) System by National Bank of Pakistan Karachi

The National Bank of Pakistan invites bids from suppliers or firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are active taxpayers on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for the procurement of a Trade Based Money Laundering (TBML) System. This procurement is specifically for the National Bank of Pakistan located in Karachi. Items being procured: - Trade Based Money Laundering (TBML) System The procurement involves submission of e-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements available for registered bidders on the E-PADS portal and related websites. Bidders must submit their electronic bids using E-PADS on or before Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders who choose to participate at Committee Room #3, 2nd Floor, NBP Head Office, I. I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi. Eligibility criteria include registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, active ATL status, and submission of original bid security amounting to PKR 1,000,000 (One million rupees only). The bid security must be submitted to the Department Head Tender, Procurement Division, NBP, Karachi, before the online submission deadline. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS along with the proposed bid(s). Acceptable forms of bid security include Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bankers Cheque from a scheduled bank valid for 180 days.
