Procurement of Training Material for DAE Printing & Graphics Arts, Computer Information, Bio Medical and Software Technology

The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure for the procurement of training material at the Govt. College of Technology (PGA) Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. Eligible bidders registered for income tax and sales tax with government bodies are invited to participate under prevailing PPRA rules. Items being procured: - DAE PGA training material - DAE CIT training material - DAE BMT & SWT training material The procurement covers training materials for DAE Printing & Graphics Arts, Computer Information, Bio Medical, and Software Technology disciplines. Bidders must submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 15-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will be held on the same day at the Govt. College of Technology, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore, with specific timings for each package: 11:30 AM for DAE PGA, 12:00 PM for DAE CIT, and 12:30 PM for DAE BMT & SWT. A refundable bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft in favor of COLLEGE SECURITY FUND (6580 0492 4230 0012). The successful bidder will also be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract amount within 7 days of contract award. All government taxes including income tax and GST are the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must ensure active NTN and GST registration and submit proof with their bids. The procurement will be evaluated on a package-wise basis with the lowest accumulative cost winning. Bids submitted by any means other than the Punjab e-Procurement System will not be entertained.
