Procurement of Transit Golf Carts for Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research Lahore

Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research (NSICT&R), Lahore invites e-Bids from manufacturers, sole agents, sole importers, or authorized distributors registered on Punjab e-Procurement System for the procurement of Transit Golf Carts for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Transit Golf Carts The procurement is for NSICT&R Lahore and involves supply of transit golf carts to facilitate internal transportation within the institute premises. Bidders must submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) following the single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA rules 2014. The bidding documents with detailed specifications and terms are available in English and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the procuring agency's website (www.kemu.edu.pk). Bidders are required to provide 2% bid security of the estimated cost through Bank of Punjab along with a technical proposal. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid opening. Hard copies of e-Bids are not required. The bids will be opened on 25-11-2026 at 11:30 am in the Conference Room of NSICT&R Lahore in the presence of bidders' representatives. Eligible bidders should be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments and comply with all registration requirements. The procuring agency will not be responsible for any failure due to technical or internet issues during bid submission. In case of official holidays on the opening date, the next working day will be treated as the opening date.
