Supply & Installation of Paint Protection Film on 26 Official Vehicles and Restoration & Upgrade of Toyota Land Cruiser 70 Series (1997 Model)

The Directorate General Immigration & Passports, an attached department of the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites electronic bids from reputed firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), relevant Sales Tax Authorities, and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The procurement involves supply and installation of paint protection film (PPF) on twenty-six (26) official vehicles and restoration and upgrade of Toyota Land Cruiser 70 series (1997 model). Items being procured: - Supply & installation of paint protection film (PPF) on 26 official vehicles (Lot-I) - Restoration & upgrade of Toyota Land Cruiser 70 series (1997 model) (Lot-II) The technical scope includes high-quality paint protection film application to safeguard vehicle surfaces and comprehensive restoration and upgrade works on the specified Toyota Land Cruiser models. All works shall be carried out in accordance with the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and relevant sales tax authorities, listed on ATL, and comply with PPRA Rules 2026. Bid security of Rs.174,876/- for Lot-I and Rs.259,600/- for Lot-II must be uploaded on e-PADS V 2.0 during proposal submission, with the original physical copies submitted before the deadline. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS portal on or before Monday 16th November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM via e-PADS. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule-46 & 46 of PPRA Rules 2026.
