Procurement of All Types of Tyre, Tube & Flap by Headquarters Frontier Works Organization

Headquarters Frontier Works Organization (HQ FWO) Rawalpindi invites sealed offers from manufacturers, authorized agents of OEM, importers, stockists, and authorized dealers of importers for the supply of all types of Tyre, Tube & Flap. This procurement is specifically for the supply of these items as detailed in the attached Annex 'A to D' with the tender documents. Items being procured: - All Types of Tyre - Tube - Flap Tender documents can be obtained from Headquarters Frontier Works Organization (EME Branch), 509 Kashmir Road R.A Bazar Rawalpindi upon submission of an application along with a non-refundable Challan Form-(32-A) for Rs. 5,000 in favor of CMA (FWO) Chaklala. Only firms registered with Headquarters Frontier Works Organization or holding valid registration with DGP (Army) / DGDP (with photocopy of registration) and willing to get registered with HQ FWO are eligible to apply. Offers must remain valid until 31 December 2027. The tender opening will be held in the presence of representatives of quoting firms at HQ FWO Rawalpindi. In case of holidays, the opening date/time will be considered the next working day. Earnest Money in the form of a bank draft of Rs. 0.300 Million from registered firms and Rs. 0.500 Million from unregistered firms must be submitted along with the quotation. Earnest Money will be returned after contract completion. Bidders should ensure timely submission of bids by 12 October 2026 at 11:00 hours at HQ FWO Rawalpindi.
