Tender Description
The Govt. Sunrise Institute for the Blind located on Ravi Road, Lahore invites E-Bids for the procurement of uniform kits with shoes for blind boys for both winter and summer seasons, along with services for washing clothes for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under Punjab Procurement Regulations 2026 and PPRA Rules 2014, with registered firms from the Federal Board of Revenue Income Tax and Sales Tax eligible to participate.

- Uniform Kit with Shoes for Boys (Summer and Winter) Lot No. 1
- Services for Washing Clothes Lot No. 2
The uniform kits must meet the specified quality standards suitable for school students, and the washing services should ensure proper care and cleanliness of the clothing. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPADS) by the deadline. Original hard copy Bid Security CDRs must also be submitted in favor of the Principal at the institute before the closing time. The estimated cost for the uniform kit is Rs. 3 million and Rs. 1.8 million for washing services, with a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost.
