Hiring of Printing Machines for Numbering and Binding by Printing Corporation of Pakistan

The Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, a government-owned corporation under the Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids/offers from reputable binding houses, printers, and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of the FBR and active taxpayers for hiring machines for printing with numbering on offset printing machine, numbering by hand, numbering through digital machine (numerator), and binding. Items being procured: - Offset printing machine numbering - Numbering by hand - Numbering through digital machine (numerator) - Binding The work will be carried out within the premises of PCP Press, Khyaban-e-Suhrawardy, G-7/4, Islamabad under strict security. Material and printed stuff as required may be provided by PCP. The quantity of work may be increased or decreased according to requirements and availability of funds. Arrangement of all required machines, equipment, and manpower will be the responsibility of the successful bidder(s). Bids/offers must be uploaded on EPADS 2.0 on or before 21.10.2026 at 2:00 p.m. The hard copy of bids must reach the undersigned at the given date and time in sealed covers. Bids must be accompanied with earnest money/security money as per work-wise CDR or Pay Order. Hard copy of offers along with work-wise Bid Security mentioned on EPADS must reach on or before closing date and time. Bidders can participate for provision of entire work or any one work according to their choice and capacity. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 p.m. The Corporation reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all tenders as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bid validity period is 120 days.
