Procurement of Uniform for Special Students for Govt Shadab Training Institute M.C.C Sargodha

The Govt Shadab Training Institute for M.C.C Sargodha invites sealed e-bids online through E-PADS for the procurement of uniform items and shoes for special students for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for winter and summer season uniforms for registered bidders with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and E-PADS as per PPRA Rules-2014 and its amendments. Items being procured: - Boys Kit: Shirt, Pant with belt, Jersey, Tie, Bunyan, Socks (Winter & Summer) - Girls Kit: Shalwar, Qameez, Dupatta, Sash, Socks, Shawl, Shameez - Jersey (Boys & Girls): Blue jersey - Shoes (Boys & Girls): Black Shoes (Bata, Service or Equal) The procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules-2014. Bid security/earnest money @ 5% in the form of CDR in favor of DDO/Principal Govt Shadab Training Institute for M.C.C Sargodha must be uploaded in PDF format on E-PADS with the Technical Proposal and also submitted in original before the opening of Technical Bids. Single stage single envelope mechanism will be applied, and financial bids will be evaluated on the basis of total amount. Tender forms must be uploaded on E-PADS till 26-10-2026 by 10:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the undersigned in the presence of the Purchase Committee and owners/nominees of contesting firms. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened after the grievance period. All rates must include prevailing taxes. Mandatory documents include attested copies of CNIC of owner, proof of General Sales Tax Certificate, Income Tax Registration, Income Tax Active Proof, and Professional Tax Certificate with Payment Challan (Latest). Approved rates will be valid up to 30-06-2027. Successful bidders are responsible for supplying uniform items within office hours and bearing transportation charges. They must take sizes of students within 10 working days after grievance completion and supply uniform items within 30 days after issuance of supply order. Late delivery charges may apply, and bid security may be forfeited. Affidavit on E-Stamp Paper of Rs.300/- is mandatory stating that the bidder is not blacklisted by any government department.
