Procurement of Uniforms for Boys and Girls by Govt. Special Education Centre Khanpur

The Govt. Special Education Centre Khanpur invites bids for the procurement of uniforms for boys and girls enrolled in the institution. This procurement is aimed at providing quality uniforms to eligible students under the Special Education Department in Khanpur, District Rahim Yar Khan. Items being procured: - Uniform for Boys: Shirt (white color with new mono of Dept. on pocket), Pant (Malaia Gray), Belt (Black Color), and Shoes (Quality Teaseer, Black Color) - Uniform for Girls: Qameez/Shirt (Navy Blue Color with new mono of Dept. on chest), Shalwar (Dupatta white color), Black Shoes (Quality Teaseer, Black Color) The uniforms must be supplied in the form of packet tagged with student name and class, delivered free to the consignee. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and in Pakistani Rupees. Payment will be made through the District Accounts Office, RYK after submission of the final bill. An affidavit of Rs. 300/- E-stamp paper is required confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government department. Late delivery charges and penalties apply as per contract terms. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with PPRA, FBR, and tax departments, along with earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a Pay Order or CDR. Bidders must upload their bids on the Punjab e-Procurement portal before the closing date. Technical and financial bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The last date for bid submission is 13 October 2026 at 10:00 AM. Interested firms should carefully review the bidding documents available on the Punjab e-Procurement website.
