Procurement of Uniforms for Special Students for Govt. Secondary School of Special Education PDC Multan

The Government Secondary School of Special Education for PDC Multan invites online bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for the procurement of uniform items and shoes for approximately 107 enrolled special students for the Winter and Summer Seasons of Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is specifically for uniform items for boys and girls as per detailed specifications. Items being procured: - Uniform for Boys: Shirt (white color with new mono of Dept. on pocket), Pant (Malatia Gray), Belt (Black Color and Rexene / Leather), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Vest / Bunyan (White Color) & Tie (Navy Blue with Golden Strips), Jursy Navy blue - Uniform for Girls: Qameez / Shirt (Navy Blue Color with new mono of Dept. on pocket), Shalwar & Dupatta (white color), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Slip / Shamecz (White Color) Shawal & Jursy Maroon The uniforms must meet the specifications available in the Tender Form and will be subject to testing at National Textile University Faisalabad (NTRC) or any other recognized government/autonomous lab. The cost of testing will be borne by the successful bidder. Samples of items/uniforms must be presented at the time of Technical Bid opening for quality assessment. Bidders must be registered firms/suppliers/manufacturers with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab E-Procurement System registration. Bid Security/Earnest Money of 3% of PKR 1,400,000 must be submitted in PDF format on the Punjab E-Procurement System along with the Technical Proposal and also submitted in original before the opening of Technical Bids. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened on the E-Procurement System after the grievance period. Mandatory documents include attested CNIC copy of owner, GST certificate, Income Tax Registration/Active Taxpayer proof, and proof of Sales Tax and Income Tax returns for FY 2025-2026. A Performance Guarantee @ 10% of contract value is required from the successful bidder prior to issuance of supply order. The successful bidder shall supply uniform items during office hours and bear all transportation/delivery charges. Students' measurements must be taken within 10 working days after the grievance period, and supply must be completed within 30 days of issuance of supply order. An affidavit on Rs. 100/- E-Stamp Paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted must be submitted. The Tender Forms must be uploaded on Punjab E-Procurement by 07-09-2026, 10:30 AM. Technical Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the undersigned. Approved rates shall remain valid until 30-06-2027.
