Procurement of Various Health Facilities Services and Goods by Health & Population Department Punjab

Health & Population Department Punjab invites E-bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of various Services and Goods through open competitive bidding on Framework Contract Basis for the financial year 2026-2027 for Programs / Units / Health Facilities under Administrative Control of Health & Population Department Punjab in Lahore. Items being procured: - Procurement of Different Cardiac / Cath Lab Consumables for Various Health Facilities / Programs - Procurement of Janitorial Services for Various Health Facilities / Programs - Procurement of Security Services for Various Health Facilities / Programs - Procurement of MEPG Services for Various Health Facilities / Programs - Procurement of CH Equipment's for Various Health Facilities / Programs - Procurement of Call Center Services for Various Health Facilities / Programs - Procurement of Call Response Center Services for Various Health Facilities / Programs - Procurement of Stationary, Computer Stationary, IT Stationary & General Stores Items for Various Health Facilities / Programs The scope includes supply and services delivery on DDP/Cost & Freight (CFR) basis at consignee's end, ensuring quality and timely delivery as per bidding documents. Interested eligible bidders may get bidding documents and detailed specifications from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and Center for Disease Control (CDC) Punjab (www.cdc.punjab.gov.pk) and (pshealthpunjab.gov.pk). Bidding documents may be downloaded free of cost. Bids must be submitted through Single Stage – Two Envelopes bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended). Bid security must be at least 5% of the estimated price and submitted electronically on Punjab e-Procurement System (www.eppunjab.gov.pk). No physical financial instruments like CDR/PO/Bank Guarantee will be accepted. Bids submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System only will be entertained. All assessments and procurement procedures including receiving, opening, and awarding will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended). Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
