Procurement of Various Items and Services for Counter Terrorism Department Rawalpindi Region F.Y 2026-27

The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Rawalpindi Region invites E-Bids based on a Framework Contract from eligible bidders including firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized agents/dealers/distributors engaged in trading and registered with all relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (FBR, PRA, PPRA/E-Procurement). Items being procured: - Hot & Cold (Purchase of Ice & Coal) - POL Charges (Purchase of Lubricants) - Stationery - Printing Charges - Payment to Others for Service Rendered - Cost of Others Store - Computer Stationery - Others (Misc. Items) - Training Aid - Muharram Duties Fund /Chehlum - Beds & Boxes - Tents & Tarpaulin - Plant & Machinery - Furniture & Fixture - Software - Transport Repair - Machinery & Equipment Repair - Repair of Furniture - Hardware & Equipment - Repair of Software The scope includes supply and maintenance of these items to support CTD operations in Rawalpindi. Bidders must be registered with FBR and other relevant authorities and comply with PPRA rules. Earnest Money in the form of original bid security amounting to 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted in shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order from scheduled banks in favor of RO CTD Rawalpindi before the bid submission deadline.
