The District Accounts Officer Skardu invites sealed bids on a single stage one envelope basis from eligible bidders and authorized distributors/suppliers for procurement of different items for the Financial Year 2026-27 under various heads of accounts. This procurement is specifically for the District Accounts Office Skardu located in Skardu city, Gilgit-Baltistan. Items being procured: - Stationery (Head of Account A03901) - Printing & Publication (A13302) - Others (A03970) - Hardware (A09201 A1 701) - I.T Equipment (A09203 A1 703) - Purchase of Plant & Machinery (A09601) - Purchase of Furniture & Fixture (A09701) - Repair of Transport (A13001) - Machinery & Equipment (A13101) - Furniture & Fixture (A13201) - Office Building (A13301) The technical scope covers procurement of these items as per specifications and conditions available from the District Accounts Office during office hours. Bidders must submit quotations accompanied by 3% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security in the name of DDO District Accounts Office Skardu. Quotations without 3% CDR will not be entertained. The tender will be valid up to 30-06-2027 and is extendable as per rules if needed. All government taxes applicable will be deducted as per rules. Items not listed in bidding documents should be provided as per prevailing market rates. Eligibility criteria include having own shop, past experience in supply of such items, and submission of an affidavit on Rs. 10 stamp paper confirming the contractor or firm is not blacklisted by any government organization.
