Procurement of Consumables for CM Punjab Veterinary Hospital Rehabilitation and Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries

The Livestock and Dairy Development Department (L&DD) Punjab invites eligible bidders and authorized distributors to participate in the procurement of consumables under the ADP Schemes CM Punjab: Rehabilitation of One Veterinary Hospital in Each Tehsil to Model Veterinary Hospital and CM Punjab: Provision of Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries (MVDs). This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27, with an estimated cost of Rs. 31.716 million. The process will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System, following a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). Items being procured: - Consumables for veterinary hospitals under the scheme CM Punjab: Rehabilitation of One Veterinary Hospital in Each Tehsil to Model Veterinary Hospital - Consumables for CM Punjab: Provision of Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries (MVDs) Specific item list not provided in the notice. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and can download the complete set of bidding documents, including terms and conditions, technical specifications, and proposal formats, free of cost from the official websites. Bid security of 2% of the estimated price must be deposited in the Bank of Punjab against a PSID generated through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The scanned copy of the deposit receipt or paid PSID challan must be uploaded with the technical proposal. The last date for uploading and submission of E-bids is 10-11-2026 at 03:00 PM. Technical E-bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM in the presence of firm representatives. Late bids and bids without bid security will not be entertained. All queries must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement portal.
