Eligibility criteria include possession of NTN certificates, registration with FBR, and submission of required documents such as registration certificates, bank statements, CNIC copies, and agency agreements for FOB contracts. Earnest money in the form of challan form No. 32 worth Rs. 2000/- is required for registered/indexed firms. Tender documents can be collected until 01 September 2026. The last date for submission is 03 September 2026 at 0930 hrs, with opening at 1000 hrs. For some items, submission and opening dates extend to 04 or 07 September 2026 as specified.
