Procurement of Vehicles on Rental Basis for Nutrition Cell Peshawar

The Director General Health Services Peshawar invites bids under the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for the procurement of vehicles on a rental basis under a Framework Contract for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Nutrition Cell based in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The bidding process will be conducted through a Single Stage - One Envelope procedure in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, 2014, utilizing the e-PADS electronic system. Items being procured: - Vehicles on rental basis for Nutrition Cell Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically via the e-PADS portal by 09 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. A Bid Security (Earnest Money) amounting to PKR 300,000 must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, or any other form defined by KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA), issued from the bidder's own account. Bid security from third-party accounts will render the bid non-responsive. All bids must be computer-typed and printed. The bid price should be quoted in figures and words. Any bids containing cutting, overwriting, or erasing will be rejected to the extent of the affected items. All pages of the bid must be signed and stamped by the authorized signatory of the bidder or firm. Relevant product or service details should be provided in the form of original catalogues or brochures if applicable. Bidders must be registered with KPRA and fulfill all legal, taxation, and regulatory requirements. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules, 2014.
