Procurement of Web Sling Belts and Pipe Lifting Belts for SNGPL at Lakki Marwat

The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the procurement of various Web Sling Belts and Pipe Lifting Belts to be delivered at SNGPL Camp, Main Indus Highway, Ghazni Khel, Lakki Marwat. Brands such as Citex Holland or equivalent are acceptable, and bidders must quote brand name and country of origin. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, Professional Tax Clearance Certificate for 2026-27, and submission of original bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft at the SNGPL Camp before the bid submission deadline. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) methodology. Delivery is required within 15 days after placement of purchase order at the specified location. Payment will be made within 30 days after satisfactory delivery and submission of invoices. Late delivery charges of 0.14% per day up to a maximum of 10% of the delayed part of the material will be applicable. Performance bond of 10% of the contract price must be submitted within 15 days of purchase order receipt.
