The Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, a government-owned corporation under the Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites bids electronically through EPADS 2.0 from manufacturers and general order suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of the FBR and active on the FBR ATL list. The procurement involves white offset paper 63 GSM (local high finish superior quality), 68 GSM (local high finish), 100 GSM imported paper, white art card, white duplex board, P.S. plates, tracing paper, and toner. Items being procured: - White Offset Paper 63 GSM (Local High Finish Superior Quality) - White Offset Paper 68 GSM (Local High Finish) - White Offset Paper 100 GSM Imported - White Art Card - White Duplex Board - P.S. Plates - Tracing Paper - Toner The tender documents contain detailed specifications, sizes, quantities, and delivery locations on a FOR basis. Bidders must submit bids/offers electronically by 21.09.2026 at 2:00 p.m. and also submit a hard copy of the bids by the same date and time to the Deputy Manager (P&D) at the Printing Corporation of Pakistan Head Office, Islamabad. At least two sample sheets of each offered paper/card (full size) must accompany the bid along with bid security of Rs.435,865 in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Call Deposit Receipt. Bid opening will be on the same day at 2:30 p.m. Bid validity is 90 days. The corporation reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and to cancel or reject any or all tenders as per Public Procurement Rules 2004.
